Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions aligned with Seclore’s product roadmap. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver exceptional products.
- Coding and Scripting: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc. Develop scripts for automation and tooling purposes to streamline development processes.
- Product Enhancement: Continuously improve existing products by implementing new features, enhancements, and optimizations based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve software defects, performance issues, and technical challenges encountered during development and in production environments.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides, to facilitate seamless integration and usage of Seclore products.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development efforts with business goals and customer requirements. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 0 to 4 years of experience in software development, preferably in product-based companies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, etc.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
