1. Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and deployment, while mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
2. Java Development: Leverage your expertise in Java programming to architect and build robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that form the foundation of Seclore’s product portfolio.
3. System Architecture: Design and implement efficient and scalable system architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
4. Product Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for product enhancements, new features, and technological advancements that differentiate Seclore’s products in the market and deliver exceptional value to customers.
5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to quality assurance processes and standards.
6. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, design, quality assurance, and customer support to prioritize and deliver on product roadmap initiatives in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 4 to 8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java-based technologies and frameworks.
3. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level software solutions.
4. Deep understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.
5. Hands-on experience with Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.
6. Proficiency in database design and SQL, with experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
7. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
